We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to join our Ancestral team. This role is responsible for managing POS systems, building automations and workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations across CRM platforms and related tools. You will play a key role in optimizing both restaurant and online business operations by improving efficiency, reducing errors, and ensuring smooth system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain POS systems and ensure proper integrations
- Build and manage workflow automations for orders, re-orders, and reporting
- Integrate CRM, POS, and third-party tools for accurate data synchronization
- Set up and optimize CRM systems (customer management, bookings, invoicing, automations)
- Troubleshoot integration and sync issues with long-term solutions
