Technical Specialist

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions for integrated hardware/software systems in the EMS/NMS or OSS domain. With expertise in Core Java, Spring, Kafka, Hibernate, and Agile development, you will analyze complex technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements. You will also leverage your strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate), and UI frameworks like Dojo or React to deliver high-quality solutions. In addition to leading small projects and mentoring less experienced team members, you will apply best practices to maintain quality standards and ensure seamless customer experiences. A solid understanding of OTN, DWDM transport protocols, and hands-on experience in requirement analysis, coding, and unit testing will make you a valuable contributor to the team.
