Roles & Responsibilities:


Design & Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end network design using ALE OmniSwitch platforms (Access, Aggregation, Core).
  • Develop high-availability architectures for enterprise/hospital-grade environments.
  • Create HLDs, LLDs, migration strategies, and deployment plans.
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and uptime requirements (especially healthcare-critical systems).

Implementation & Deployment

  • Execute and oversee deployment of OmniSwitch (6xxx/7xxx/9xxx series) .
  • Perform network migrations, upgrades, and cutovers with minimal downtime.
  • Configure advanced features including:
  • SPB (Shortest Path Bridging)
  • VLANs, VRFs, QoS
  • Multicast, Layer 2/3 protocols
  • Network segmentation for clin...
