Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top technical talent. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting jobs, sourcing candidates through job boards and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience, strong knowledge of technical roles (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.), excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ATS tools. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
