Technical solutions lead

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Lead to provide both technical leadership and hands‑on expertise across and Beyond's digital and internal systems landscape. This role sits at the intersection of digital solutions, internal IT systems, infrastructure, vendors, development partners, and business stakeholders. It is responsible for ensuring that solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to and Beyond's broader technology direction. The role combines hands‑on technical contribution with solution oversight. This includes supporting development, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and system upgrades where required, while also assessing solution fit, vendor proposals, architecture alignment, data structures, infrastructure compatibility, supportability, and long‑term business scalability.
