Your role

will be essential in enhancing client support and boosting the efficiency of our operational processes. Your team is responsible for integrating and optimizing Retail Media products on the most important online players in the region.

Day-to-Day activities:

  • Be an expert on the Criteo Retail Media product from a technical perspective

  • Support internal teams in technical integration of new clients via Jira tickets.

  • Test and troubleshoot the client’s implementation while providing feedback to the client via internal teams.

  • Review, optimize and analyze active campaigns and suggest enhancements in the existing integration to improve the configuration.

  • Identify bugs, report them, and work close to our escalation and R&D teams on their resolution.
