About the Role:
In this role, you will act as the key escalation expert for complex vehicle and power system issues—supporting distributors, workshops, and technical teams across multiple global markets. You will work closely with technical specialists worldwide, ensuring challenging cases are resolved efficiently and that customer vehicles return to operation with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support to international markets on complex diagnostic and troubleshooting cases.
- Manage escalation cases by guiding local teams through structured analysis and solution recommendations.
- Work alongside global technical specialists to share insights and resolve advanced service issues.
