Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Experience with SQL/My SQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands. Preferred qualifications Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
