Technical Solutions Consultant -Account Manager

Experience: 10-15 years

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing consulting and pre-sales activities to help organizations evaluate, design, and adopt cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and understand customer requirements.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Design and recommend cloud architectures and integration strategies.
  • Address technical objections and provide solution guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build customer confidence through technical expertise and best-practice recommendations.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM systems.
