**The Role**
The Technical Solution Manager (TSM) is responsible for the development and sales of Kyndryl capabilities and solutions from deal qualification to closure. They lead multi-discipline teams of Practice dedicated GTM roles in order to develop complex cross Practice solutions and associated cost cases for deals.
