  • Strategic Account Management: Oversee the operation of key strategic accounts, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Provide consultative services to drive business growth.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Manage end-to-end project planning and execution, ensure the quality of services delivered, optimize project plans, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
