Technical Services Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gain working knowledge of the companys products, systems, and services through training and hands‑on experience.
• Assist in basic technical presentations and demonstrations of Data Center products and critical facilities solutions .
• Provide first‑level technical support to customers via email, phone, and on‑site.
• Support senior technicians in installation, deployment, integration, testing, and basic implementation of systems and equipment.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under guidance.
• Assist the sales team by providing technical information and on‑site support when needed.
• Conduct technical service calls and client visits together with senior staff as required.
