Job Description

• Handle customer complaints regarding products.
• Analyze and resolve issues that occur for customers, providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum education: D3 in Culinary Arts, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales events, product training, and demonstrations of flour products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent team coordination abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Effective customer service, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in English preferred.
