Technical & Services - Parts & Service Assistant M/F

Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent will ensure achievement of Service revenue budget through accurate and timely costing all workshop jobs and dispatch of invoices to the Finance Credit team. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Prepare job cards as per customer request and ensure timely dispatch to Foreman / Controller for production.
• Carry out accurate costing of jobs as per flat rate manual and hence achievement of departmental revenue targets.
• Work closely with the Controller to ensure daily through put is met through timely closure of all job cards.
• Manage his/her performance through active identification of training needs & participation in available training & development programs.
• Timely and accurate communication of job card billing /quotation status to Service Advisors and Supervisors alike.
• Ensure adherence to Toyota standards of costing to avoid losses.
• Attend to customers timely and courteously.
