Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the company provides good safety and quality rotating maintenance services with competitive prices and meeting customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the development and growth of Rotating Services in Thailand
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure the business is pre-qualified and on the Approved Vendor list for all major customers in Thailand
  • Managing team to ensure appropriate succession planning, training, and development programs are developed and implemented.
  • Achieving financial objectives and targets as agreed for Rotating Services.
  • Preparing information on both manpower and equipment required for the bidding process.
