Technical Services Manager

Role Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for effectively managing all technical and related services at the hospital, including risks associated with infrastructure and assets, and all plant and equipment (clinical and non-clinical).

Technical Management

• Manage all hospital facilities, clinical infrastructure and assets.
• Manage technical related purchasing and expenditure.
• Manage contractor performance.
• Act as custodian of the asset management database on the CMMS, ensuring reliability and validity of all data.
• Ensure maintenance management system is used to manage equipment risks and conduct repairs and maintenance as required.
• Meet competency and output requirements as defined in the ECSA Competency Standard for Registration as a Professional Engineer.
