The Technical Services Manager will establish the overall technical services strategy, processes, and standards for Beauty and Eye Wear needed to deliver the right quality, cost-effective and compliant products for the on time new product launches and for its whole life cycle aligned with company core values and strategic direction of the Supply Chain division.

OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

• Establish, continuously improve, and comply with technical processes, protocols, and standards
• Establish, continuously improve, and implement development qualification plans of components and finished goods
• Establish, continuously improve, and implement general specifications of components and finished goods
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all the technical aspects of the products in the existing and new product portfolio
