Position: Technical Services Manager

Key Deliverables

• Developing and training the technical team members to ensure the ability to deliver the service on the infrastructure of the clients.
• Identifying the resources required to maintain the level of service required.
• Raising any threat the Technical team is facing to the Technical Service Director and proposing solutions.
• Providing hands‑on technical depth for direct oversight, problem‑solving leadership and participation in complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
• Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.

Professional Capabilities

• 15+ years total experience, including 5+ years in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network.
