Technical Services Manager Location: Loughton A leading UK specialist in complex construction and fit-out delivery is looking for a Technical Services Manager to take ownership of MEP coordination across high-spec projects, including critical data centre environments. This is a hands-on delivery role where youll drive technical coordination from design through to installation and commissioning, ensuring building services are fully integrated, compliant, and delivered to programme. Youll be central to resolving technical challenges on fast-moving, high-pressure projects where precision and coordination are critical.
