We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead and develop our Technical Services function within SWARCO.

This role is focused on improving operational performance, strengthening technical governance, managing escalations and developing team capability across our technical support and platform services environment.

We are looking for a strong operational leader who can bring structure, accountability and continuous improvement — while working collaboratively with Service, Projects and Delivery teams to improve customer outcomes.
