Reports To: VP, Engineering & Construction Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta The Technical Services Manager provides leadership and technical oversight to Aquatera’s engineering services. This role is responsible for managing engineering studies, maintaining design standards, supporting capital planning and ensuring technical excellence across water, wastewater and distribution infrastructure projects. The position combines people leadership, technical mentorship and strategic planning to support both operational and long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
