The Technical Services Head is responsible for leading and managing all technical and facilities-related functions to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all food service locations. This role oversees equipment maintenance, facilities management, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, vendor management, and technical support for store operations. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and supporting business expansion.
