Job Description

  • The Senior Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting technologies that include secure access service edge (SASE), firewall policies, load balancers, etc. Therefore, a strong understanding of networking is essential.
  • Manage Juniper and Palo Alto firewall policies
  • Manage F5 load balancers (LTM, APM, ASM).
  • Manage Infoblox / IPAM and DHCP server deployment.
  • Work with InfoSec and application teams to ensure successful deployment of applications in compliance with security guidelines and Change Management procedures.
  • Provide recommendation for application connectivity and Bechtels network/AD infrastructure requirements.
  • Provide support for Cloud proxy solution (Zscaler, Global Protect PA).
  • Provide third level technical support for application traffic flow and Internet access issues.
  • Provide off hour support based on rotation.
