Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Chipping Warden. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensuring a smooth flow of work for technicians.


The Role:

  • Manage workshop jobs using the in-house DMS system

  • Create and process approval jobs for vehicle estimates

  • Raise and manage workshop job cards

  • Issue gate releases for technician road testing

  • Liaise with parts departments and brand teams to ensure a consistent workflow for technicians

  • Support with vehicle progress tracking through the workshop

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience (automotive experience desirable)

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills

  • Good attention to detail and organisation...
