TECHNICAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to the production machines and ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance
• Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output
• Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required
• Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts
• Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications
• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs or fixtures
• Support new machines setup
• Perform data collection and recording of machine and process data on specified data log book or record sheet.
