In the role of Technical Service Administrator, you will be supporting the go-live and stabilization of multiple system integrations, including but not limited to SAP, ServiceMax, Trackwise, and other connected platforms that enable BD APM Technical Service operations. You will be responsible for proactively delivering on business goals related to the following tasks, and working in closely with global APM Technical Service organization.
Job Description Main responsibilities will include:- Support daily operations across integrated platforms including SAP, ServiceMax, Trackwise, and other connected systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces, resolving integration issues collaborating with IT and global process owners.
