Job Description

• Focus on asset servicing and repair for both office and field-based concerns
• Service support to the malls
• Technical writing
• Technical team supervision, scheduling and deployment
• Technical liaison for operations
• Regional Technical Service Engineer coordination
• Assist in supplier coordination
• Part/s procurement of critical parts
• IT equipment research and development
• Preparation and issuance of quotations for service activities
• Assist on the verifications of shop drawings and QA of implemented designs
• Maintenance of deployed assets to ensure all are in good condition
• Assist in content updating, and validation of the Technical Service Engineers’ tasks, photos, and monthly documentation
