Technical Service Specialist – Dental Systems (m/f/d) Spain

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as the local resource for all technical questions of distributors and end users all over Spain
• Installation, commissioning and qualified initial training on our equipment and software
• Support, maintenance, training and repairs at customer sites and in partner repair centres
• Service and support training for distributors and partners
• Technical sales support for the field sales force, both virtually and on site, at trade fairs and events
• Consulting individual customers in close coordination with Area Sales Management
• Member of our global second-level support team for our customers and partners
