Help diagnose and walk customers through technical issuesField test and trials of product improvements solutionsProduct application support, working with Product Specialist TeamQuality assurance for both shop and field teamsMajor warranty investigations, warranty claim reporting back to the factoryReport concerns of product lines to the PCBoth Capital and Remanufactured EquipmentTechnician MentoringGlobal SupportTravel inside and sometimes outside of Canada. EXPERIENCE:
Must be experienced in and have a strong knowledge of Epiroc equipment. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
