Responsibilities

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, or network systems
  • Answering inquiries, providing clear and concise instructions, and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams or development teams when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Amenable to work ONSITE
  • Preferably with Technical Support Experience, but not required
