Technical Service Representative - Expanded Mining Products (EMP)

Position Overview

Finning Canada is hiring two permanent Technical Service Representatives – Expanded Mining Products (EMP) to support our Service Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and providing technical support for shovel and drill machines across mining operations. You will ensure equipment operation and maintenance meet Caterpillar OEM standards and specifications, while proactively helping customers improve performance and reliability. Key duties include scheduling customer visits, resolving customer concerns, and anticipating future customer requirements to deliver best‑in‑class service and support. The role may be based in BC and/or AB.
