Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Service Operation Manager in Bogotá to lead end-to-end Technical Service backoffice operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, scheduling, parts management, and data-driven decision-making.

You will own BI and reporting, drive KPIs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align service operations with business goals, while developing teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
