• Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data
• Preparing specimens and samples
• Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment
• Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
• Conducting searches on identified topics relevant to the research
• Do the planning/ analysis added and lead the team to succeed in “Value sell” with Technical Service Oriented
• Work with suppliers to develop our product portfolios
• Work with team to do strategy for target products and full application supply to customers.
• Work with customers for project development / Innovation
• Develop new customers, new segmentation as per management guidance.
• Technical training for the team
• Coach and encourage segment team creating high motivation and strong team spirit
