Report to: Technical Service Manager

• Provide brands & customers with quality technical services
• Manage product solutions activities for customers
• Conducting audit, training programs, workshops, consumption analysis, logo enhancement, etc.
• Using high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in customer organization.
• Coordinate with sales team to develop a profitable sales argument by conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development and trial.
• Support Technical Sales Manager & Sales team in achieving agreed targets
• Support New product launch and penetration in the market place
• Complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required
