Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely support, information, and guidance.
  • Recommend suitable products and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records based on service reports and share insights with managers on a daily/weekly basis.
