Technical Service Engineer

Analyzes and tends to equipment machinery;

Conducts tests or visual inspection on condition of goods upon arrival of shipment;

Makes detailed report on the activities he made, i.e. changes he made, schedule of the machine to be serviced, etc.;

Visits clients or remote locations to resolve or perform maintenance functions.

Preferably with Technical and Product Training on:

• Communication – VHF, SSB, Handheld, Loudhailer, INMARSAT, Radio Room Survey, VDR survey and Testing, etc.
• Others – EPIRB, SART, PABX/telephone system, intercom, battery system, etc.
• GMDSS
• GOC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder - Electronics & Communications Engg. or Marine Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience handling Maritime navigation and communication equipment (Furuno, Sperry, Raytheon, Cobham, etc.) diagnosis & repair
