Key Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Operations Support

• Monitor day to day plant operations to ensure processes run within defined operating parameters .
• Support start up, shutdown, scale up, and stabilization of chemical processes.
• Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and energy optimization .
• Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues, and off spec production.

Technical Service & Customer Support

• Provide technical assistance to customers related to product application, performance, and usage.
