Support the overall warranty process from the RMA generation, the resolution and the replacement delivery.
Provide remote and in-person technical trainings to distributors and their clients.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the customer's situation so that their experience with the product and the brand is positive.Execution of quotes for all product families that FE offers.Support with physical tests of FE product to ensure its correct functioning....
