The role ensures system reliability, fast issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction through professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service operations, process optimization, service offers, and proposals.
  • Oversee service partner management, including contracting and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct service sales activities to achieve annual targets (optional).
  • Supervise field service operations: pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
