Key Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Operations Support

• Monitor day‑to‑day plant operations to ensure processes run within defined operating parameters.
• Support start‑up, shutdown, scale‑up, and stabilization of chemical processes.
• Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and energy optimization.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues, and off‑spec production.
