Technical Services Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering & Operations Support
Monitor day‑to‑day plant operations to ensure processes run within defined operating parameters.
Support start‑up, shutdown, scale‑up, and stabilization of chemical processes.
Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and energy optimization.
Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues, and off‑spec production.
Technical Service & Customer Support
Provide technical assistance to customers related to product application, performance, and usage.
Support customer trials, troubleshooting, and complaint investigations in coordination with QA/QC and sales teams.
Prepare and present technical data, product guidelines, and application notes.
Act as a technical interface between manufacturing, R&D, quality, and customers.
