Technical Service Coordinator

We invite applications for the position of Technical Service Coordinator for our ESAB South Africa, a division of Howden Africa (Pty) Ltd based in Germiston . The Technical Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the service department and ensuring efficient use of resources. Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and providing consistent quality customer service. Ensure efficient order processing of parts/spares for service/warranties and repairs of equipment, and fulfilment thereof. This role involves interfacing with customers, managing their orders from point of receipt through to delivery, monitoring their future demand, delivering high levels of engagement, and managing all concerns to ensure development of effective corrective actions.
