Technical Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization. The ideal candidate is a proactive driver who can lead from the front, chair executive and working-level discussions, and enable timely stakeholder decision-making through structured options, clear trade-offs, and outcome-focused governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-stream technology programs spanning engineering, product, QA, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: define program structure, milestones, interdependencies, critical path, execution cadence, and value realization.
