About The Role
Our Client is seeking a highly technical Senior DataOps / Cloud Data Engineer to support the Manager, Data Engineering & AI Enablement in building and operating production-grade data pipelines and enterprise analytics foundations.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong ownership, engineering discipline, and the ability to independently design, build, optimize, and support reliable data pipelines in a modern cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows, Notebooks)
Develop and optimize complex SQL-based transformations, data models, and curated datasets
Build and maintain Python-based ingestion, transformation, automation, and validation logic
Implement and operate data quality controls including validation rules, reconciliation checks, and exception handling
