Responsibilities

  • Strong in all Enterprise Java frameworks and hands on exposure in (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Web services, JavaScript libraries, Angular/React JS, HTML, CSS3, JQuery).
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects and/or Agile teams.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to help our customers, product owners, and product managers to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.
  • Understand product strategy and benefits of key deliverables in his/her area of responsibility
  • Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.
  • Liaise with the Product Owner and the Business Analysts in order to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
