Job Description

Summary:

  • Develop new protein-based products using dry and wet extrusion technologies 

  • Manage multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization 

  • Lead scale-up activities from pilot to full industrial production at ADM and customer facilities.

  • Work closely with the ADM manufacturing team in Serbia to ensure smooth scale-up, technology transfer, process stability and yields.

  • Operation and maintenance of the ADM extrusion lab in Wageningen

  • Act as technical interface to customers, sales team, partners and distributors

  • Your profile:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology or similar 

  • Proven experience in food extrusion, particularly TVP extrusion.

  • Minimum of five years of working experience in extrusion product development: Upscaling and downscaling.
