Responsibilities
- Contacting customers, holding meetings, and offering solutions.
- Programming radios and hearing protectors.
- Processing, packing, and shipping orders.
- Increasing product expertise and participating in training sessions.
- Supporting experienced colleagues and working independently as skills grow.
- Working mainly from Metsälä office, occasionally remote.
Qualifications
- Technical background (IT, electronics, radio amateur, etc.).
- Interest in customer work and sales.
- Proactive and bold work attitude.
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year.
