  • Support external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applications
  • Interpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements
  • Liaise with factories globally for technical clarifications
  • Provide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specifications
  • Manage standard customer inquiries independently
  • Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to factories and support the order management teams completion of the customer orders
  • Maintain up-to-date product information and ensure that external Sales team has current knowledge of company product and solutions
