Technical Sales Support

Job description:

·       Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, remote diagnostics tools, and on-site visits.

·       Guide customers or field technicians through complex repairs via phone or video.

·       Create, update, and follow detailed service procedures, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

·       Deliver on-site or remote training to customers on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance

·       Assist calibration team with inspection and service repair work

·       Cross over sales related work which have allowance or commission allocation
