Location: Durban, South Africa

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Technical Sales Specialist for our Durban branch. The ideal candidate will leverage sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored catering equipment solutions that enhance operational efficiency for foodservice clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Manage orders from placement to payment completion.
Process returns and credit notes per company procedures.
Ensure timely updates on shipment dates.
Handle quote submissions and order processing efficiently.
Sales Targets Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and grow new client accounts.
Produce weekly and monthly sales reports versus targets.
